The preview form collects the name, work email, product or company name, public product URL, public-feedback range, optional decision context, and consent that you choose to submit. Basic operational records such as submission time and request status may also be retained.
Do not submit customer messages, user lists, private analytics, credentials, confidential documents, or unreleased product information.
How we use it
We use submitted details to evaluate the request, inspect relevant public-facing material, prepare or discuss a preview, respond to you, and maintain the minimum operational record needed to manage that request. We do not sell submitted contact information.
Public research boundary
The free preview and the current sprint use public launch pages, public comments, public website and help content, and public reviews. LaunchSignal does not require account access, private analytics, customer records, or unpublished product material for this offer.
Storage and service providers
Submitted details are stored with the hosting and database services used to operate this site. Communications providers may process the information needed to send or receive a reply. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain necessary business records, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email wwfjw@hotmail.com with the company name and email used in the request so it can be located. We may retain a minimal record when legally required or necessary to honor an opt-out.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
